The Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure moved to amend the resolution on page one, in the Resolved clause, line fourteen, by striking out the word “William” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “U.S. Army PFC William”;

On page one, in the first Further Resolved clause, line seventeen, by striking out the word “William” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “U.S. Army PFC William”;

And,

            By striking out the title and substituting in lieu thereof a new title to read as follows:

House Concurrent Resolution No. 63--Requesting the Division of Highways to name a portion of Route 80, known as Wills Creek Road, in Logan County, beginning at latitude 37.730131, longitude -81.873774 and ending at latitude 37.692547, longitude -81.865702, the “U.S. Army PFC William B. Burgess Memorial Road”.
